Low Goods
Give a product a minimum stock level. When the quantity falls to that level or below, the product appears in the Low Goods panel on Goods & Products, and the dashboard flags it.
Running-out warnings
On the dashboard, EazyStock looks at how quickly each product has been selling recently and estimates how many days are left. Products are shown as out of stock, critical, warning, watch or healthy.
If a product has had no recent sales, EazyStock says there is not enough data instead of guessing a number.
Reminders by email
The owner can switch low-goods and other reminders on or off in Business Settings > Notifications. Some reminders need the Business plan or above - the page shows which.
Warnings are a guide, not a promise. A sudden big order can use up stock faster than the recent pattern suggests.
