Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We use them, and similar local storage, to keep you signed in securely, remember small preferences, and — only with your consent — to understand how our public pages are used. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.
We group cookies into four categories. You can accept all, reject everything non-essential, or choose category by category from the consent banner or the Cookie settings link in the footer.
| Category | Purpose | Can you turn it off? |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Sign-in session, CSRF form protection, active business, security. | No — the app cannot run without them. |
| Preferences | Remember small choices like a dismissed banner or last-used view. | Yes. |
| Analytics | Aggregated, non-identifying usage to help us improve features. | Yes — off until you allow it. |
| Marketing | Measure public-page performance. Not currently in use. | Yes — off until you allow it. |
These keep EAZYDEV working and secure: the sessionid cookie keeps you logged in, the csrftoken cookie protects forms against cross-site request forgery, and a small ez_cookie_consent record remembers your cookie choice so we don't ask again. Because they are required for login and security, essential cookies are always on and cannot be disabled.
Preferences, analytics and marketing cookies are optional. We do not load any analytics or marketing script until you grant the matching consent — if you reject non-essential cookies, none of that code runs at all. Today we do not run third-party advertising or marketing cookies; if that ever changes, this policy and the consent banner will be updated first.
Your cookie choice is stored for up to 180 days, after which we will ask again. Essential session cookies last for your sign-in session; preference data lasts only as long as it is useful.
