Every time your stock count changes, EazyStock keeps a record. Open Goods & Inventory > Goods Movement to see them.
What each entry shows
The product, the date and time, who did it, the quantity and the type of movement:
- Stock in - goods you received or added.
- Supply - goods received from a supplier through Record Supply.
- Sale - goods that left because of a sale.
- Stock out - goods removed for another reason (damage, loss, internal use).
- Reversal / Correction - an entry that cancelled an earlier mistake.
Filters
Filter by date range, product, type, member, branch, or search by product name, SKU or reference.
Product page
Open a product to see its price history (cost and selling price changes over time) and a chart of its movements.
Entries are never edited. To fix a mistake, the business owner makes a correction, which adds a new entry and keeps the old one for the record. See *Fix a stock mistake*.
