What you see
- Available balance - cash and bank money across all your accounts.
- Physical cash, Bank & digital and Other accounts, shown separately.
- Where the money is - each account with its balance. Account types are Cash, Bank account, Mobile money, POS settlement account, Petty cash and Other.
- Money in and out - every movement, with filters. Entries can be reversed if recorded by mistake; the original stays visible.
First-time setup
EazyStock does not guess what you already had. Until you set it up, it shows "Not set up yet". The owner enters what is in the cash box and bank today (Set opening balance), and EazyStock tracks forward from there.
Who can do what
- Managers and owners can view Business Funds and the Cash Flow report.
- Only the owner can add accounts, add or withdraw money, move money, count cash or set opening balances.
What is recorded automatically
Money received on sales, customer debt payments, extra income, supplier payments, expenses, salaries and refunds are recorded for you as they happen. You do not retype them.
