During the 7-day grace period
After your paid period ends, you keep full access for 7 more days and see a clear warning with the days left. Renew any time in this window.
If you have a saved card and automatic renewal on, EazyStock keeps trying to charge it during this time and emails you if it fails.
After the grace period
Your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted:
- Extra businesses beyond the Free limit are locked, not removed.
- You can still open Billing to renew.
- When you renew or upgrade, your plan and locked businesses come back.
Renewing
Open Billing and use Renew. If your plan lapsed, EazyStock remembers what you had so you can restore it.
A subscription you cancelled yourself does not go through the grace period - it simply ends on the date you chose.
