Cancel
- Open Billing and choose Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm that you want to cancel at the end of the period.
Your subscription stays active until the end date shown, and you are not charged again. Automatic renewal stops.
Changed your mind?
Until the end date, choose Keep Subscription. No new payment is needed and your plan carries on.
After the end date
Your account moves to Free-plan limits. Your products, stock, sales, customers and history are never deleted. If you have more businesses than Free allows, the extra ones are locked (not deleted) and unlock when you subscribe again.
Refunds
Payments already made are not refunded when you cancel; you simply keep access for the time you paid for.
