If a product is set up with a carton, roll or pack size (for example a carton of 24), you can sell it either way.
In one sale
You can have a carton line and a piece line for the same product, each with its own price. For example: 2 cartons at the carton price plus 10 loose pieces at the piece price.
How stock is counted
EazyStock always counts in pieces behind the scenes. Two cartons of 24 plus 10 pieces uses 58 pieces. It checks the total against what you have, so two lines that look fine on their own cannot add up to more than your stock.
Prices
Set the carton selling price on the product. A carton line cannot be priced below your cost unless the owner has allowed below-cost sales in Business Settings.
