Salesman Mode is a quick checkout screen for busy counters.
How to use it
- Open Sales > Salesman Mode. The scan box is ready for typing.
- Scan a barcode (or type a name or SKU and press Enter) to add the item.
- Change quantity or price on the line if needed. For products sold in cartons, choose Pieces or the carton unit for that line.
- Pick or add a customer. A customer is required if the sale is unpaid or only part-paid.
- Choose how much the customer paid and complete the sale.
What to expect
- You cannot sell more than you have. If someone else sold the last items a moment ago, EazyStock tells you how many are really left.
- A sale made by Staff waits for a manager or owner to approve; stock is not deducted until it is approved.
- A sale made by a Manager or Owner is recorded at once.
Every product gets a barcode automatically. To print labels, use Goods & Inventory > Print Labels.
