Open Reports > Cash Flow (managers and owners).
It lists the money that actually moved in your Business Funds accounts for the dates you choose: what came in, what went out, and the net.
Things to know
- Moving money between your own accounts is shown separately and is not counted as money in or out.
- Entries that were reversed are left out of the totals, and the report tells you how many.
- Filtering by branch shows only entries that belong to a branch. Some entries (salaries, owner money, transfers) belong to the whole business, so a branch view is partial and says so.
