Add a product
- Open Goods & Inventory > Goods & Products and press Add product.
- Enter the name, cost price and selling price.
- Optionally add a SKU (one is created for you if you leave it blank), a minimum stock level for low-goods warnings, a category, a supplier and a description.
- If you buy or sell in cartons, rolls or packs, switch on the bundle section and say how many pieces are in one (see *Cartons, rolls and packs*).
- Enter your opening stock - the pieces you already have - and save.
Who can add products
The owner, and members who have been given Products & Stocks access. A change made by anyone other than the owner waits for the owner's approval.
Prices
Cost price is visible to managers and owners only. Staff see selling prices.
Already have a list?
Owners can import many products at once - see *Import products from Excel or CSV*.
Plan limit
How many products you can have depends on your plan.
