This policy describes EAZYDEV Stock Manager's approach to the area named above. • Deletion requests are reviewed by an administrator — never auto hard-deleted. • Some financial, invoice and audit records may need retention for legal/accounting reasons. • Where safe, we anonymise or soft-delete instead of destroying business records. • Staff cannot delete an owner's data.
