EazyStock shows each person only the pages they are allowed to use.
Your role
- Owner - everything, including billing, members, business settings and corrections.
- Manager - day-to-day management: approvals, finance, reports, suppliers.
- Staff - records sales, expenses and (if allowed) goods movements.
- Viewer - can look, but not change anything.
The owner can also give a member Products & Stocks access. Without it, a member does not see the goods pages at all.
Your plan
Some features belong to higher plans (for example Google Drive backup, branch transfers, demand forecasting and the report builder). The pricing page lists what each plan includes.
If you cannot find something
- Check that you are in the right business (use the business switcher at the top).
- Ask the owner to check your role and your Products & Stocks access.
- Check whether the feature needs a higher plan.
Hiding a page is only for convenience. Even if someone guesses a web address, EazyStock still checks their role before it lets them do anything.
