Open Sales > Offline POS while you are online at least once so your goods list is saved on the device.
What works offline
- Selling, with paid, part-paid or unpaid sales and a quick-add for new customers
- Recording a supply (Goods In)
- Viewing your dashboard and goods list (read-only)
When you are back online
Everything you recorded is sent automatically. You can also press Sync now. Each record is sent only once, so pressing it repeatedly cannot create duplicates.
If something cannot be applied
- Sold out in the meantime - the sale is not lost. It is held for a manager to approve and marked "Needs review".
- Unpaid sale without a customer - it is marked "Needs a customer". Add one and send it again.
- Signed out - your offline data stays on the device. Log in again and it continues.
Good to know
- EazyStock always has the final say on stock when records arrive, so counts stay correct.
- A sale is dated when it was rung up, within a limit set by EazyStock.
