Sale invoice
Open any sale from Sales and use Invoice PDF. The invoice shows your business name, the items, quantities, prices, any discount, the amount paid and the balance. It uses your business currency symbol, and cartons are shown as, for example, "2 Cartons (= 48 pcs)".

- Reports - many reports download as CSV, Excel or PDF.
- Barcode labels - print from Goods & Inventory > Print Labels.
Tips
- Keep supplier receipts with the goods they belong to: attach a photo or PDF when you Record Supply, or add it under Supplier Documents. These files are private to your business.
- Long names wrap neatly in PDFs, so you do not need to shorten product names.
