The business owner can control reminders in Business Settings > Notifications. Each switch saves the moment you flip it.

Always on
Subscription and payment reminders and security alerts cannot be switched off, so you never miss something important about your account.
Plans
The daily summary is available to every plan. Several other reminders need the Business plan or above; on other plans they appear locked.
